@wendazhou An excellent bootcamp and since I found a bit of similarities and some advanced mention of overlays, Hence I thought of checking with you by filing an issue to see if you at NYU were able to remotely debug a python code in a singularity container running on HPC with VSCode (with RemoteCommand functionality that you have listed in exercise 2). I am running into an issue where I can drop into the container for editing and running using VSCode, but cannot get the Python extension to work with it.

Closing this issue as it turned out to be more of a bug with the VScode insiders edition that I was using on my local machine. Details updated on the same linked issue above.
