
I am proud to announce that New Relic has been awarded a perfect score of 100 in the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Corporate Equality Index (CEI) for 2025. This recognition underscores our commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace where every Relic feels supported, valued, and empowered to succeed.
The HRC Corporate Equality Index is the national benchmarking tool that evaluates corporate policies and practices related to workplace equality for LGBTQ+ employees. Companies are assessed across four key pillars: non-discrimination policies, equitable access to benefits regardless of gender identity or sexual orientation, inclusive culture, and corporate social responsibility.
A Workplace Built for Belonging
Our perfect score reflects our dedication to ensuring that all Relics have the resources, benefits, and support they need to thrive. I am proud of the culture we have created and want to highlight a few key initiatives that enhance the employee experience. Here are a few we are particularly proud of:
- Employee Resource Groups (ERGs): Rainbow Relics, New Relic’s LGBTQ+ ERG, is one of our 5 ERGs that play a key role in creating a sense of community, offering learning opportunities, and advocating for policies that enhance employee well-being. All Relics are invited to participate.
- Inclusive Benefits: New Relic provides healthcare benefits that support all of our employees at every stage of life, including gender-affirming care and domestic partner benefits, ensuring equitable access to essential services.
- Professional Growth and Development: Our Building a Better New Relic series is an on-demand training program that empowers employees with the tools they need to grow their careers through an inclusive lens.
- Employee-Led Initiatives: New Relic encourages employees to take an active role in shaping workplace culture through feedback forums, company-wide events, and social impact activities that amplify ALL voices.
Looking Ahead
