Support Required: Issue with Looker Studio and Google Sheets Integration

Hi Team,

We need your support in resolving an issue related to Looker Studio.
Since Friday, we’ve been facing a critical issue:

Issue Details:

  • We are unable to connect Looker Studio to our data source (Google Sheets) when creating any new reports.
  • For existing reports, the dashboards are not loading as Looker Studio cannot access the connected Google Sheets Error ID: 09a255fb.
  • The error message displayed is: "Cannot find any spreadsheets for this account



    Appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

There were some changes made recently to WfE related to age restrictions that seem to manifest a number of issues with authorizing data sources in Looker Studio. Did you try connecting to a different Google Sheet or a Google Sheet from another Google account?

Not sure that my problem is the same with you, cause I've changed from the old to the new google account workspace.  My solution is duplicate the old data source the new one and re-connect it. If you use the extract data then need to re-connect to the new one.
