According to new Amadeus research, the travel industry is currently seeing a renewed interest in business travel. Corporate travel consultants are looking to take advantage of this increased demand by offering personalized trips, which are smoother for both the traveler and the travel seller. In our findings we see that, to become more efficient and dedicate more time on the individual traveler, 35% of business travel agencies are planning to implement Robotic process automation (RPA) in the coming year.
