16/06/2016 - EU-Ghana Anti-Corruption, Rule of Law and Accountability Programme (ARAP) launched in Accra
The European Union – Ghana Anti-Corruption, Rule of Law and Accountability Programme (ARAP) was launched in Accra on 14 June 2016. It was launched on behalf of the Minister of Finance Mr. Seth Terkper by Ms Magdalene Apenteng, Director of Finance at the Ministry, in the presence of Ambassador William Hanna, Head of the EU in Ghana, the Acting Chairman of the Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice, (CHRAJ), Mr. Quayson. Other dignitaries include Mr Jonny Osei Kofi, Deputy Chief of Staff, at the Office of the President, who chaired the event and Ms. Inma Zamora, Team leader for FIIAPP, the organisation that will help in the implementing ARAP.
