I give the app 5 stars as it really helps me with critical information such as gate changes, timeslot security clearance and passport clearance. But with regards to signages, I will give it 2 stars as the signage to a nearby hotel CitizenM, caused many guests to take the route that leads to the busy road. We have no choice but to cross dangerously. It was only when I wanted to get back to the Airport Plaza that I realized there was a pathway but it was not shown in the signage.

Follow flight error... So, you can't just get updates on the website, no, that would be too easy. You're forced to install an app. And then that app takes over a minute to find the flight you're interested in, when the website finds it in under a second. And then you click on follow, and another minute later. 'Follow flight error'. Well done Schiphol. Wonderful customer service.

Cannot access the parking system, only thing app tells you is "something went wrong please try again later" but this now already for a long time. Same with the website. After more than 1 month the problem still exists.
