As an example, if there was a $200 transaction where two items were purchased by a cardholder - a shirt for $50 and a pair of pants for $150. If the entire transaction is disputed by the cardholder, the business counters by submitting evidence, and the issuer rules that there is evidence of the $50 shirt being delivered, but not the pants. This would mean that part of the dispute is won. In this case:

Your continued use of Stripe's services after June 17, 2025 is subject to these fee changes. Any termination rights you have under your agreement with us are unaffected by this change.
There’s no action necessary for you at this time and these changes will automatically apply to your business and / or your connected accounts on June 17, 2025.
