Here's how you can master the essential programming languages for interviews.
I hate the thought that new developers spend so much effort preparing for interviews and all the cheat sheets online containing 'essential interview questions' Even if you do somehow scrape through you are going to get found out pretty quick.

You're looking to learn programming skills without breaking the bank. What's your best option?
Start playing with a few simple examples and build up the complexity. Hopefully you will have a few 'aha! moments that will motivate you to want to learn more. If they don't then consider why you want to learn programming. If your motivation is just to get a job then the bad news is you probably won't be very good and you probably won't be very happy. Maybe you would be happier doing something else. The best programmers are those who are driven by a passion to understand how things work and how they can make things better. For these people a job in technology is just a bonus. Do not be tempted to spend money on online courses. They are not a fast track to developing programming skills and are (mostly) not valued by employers.
