Hanna Andersson continues to build a powerhouse community of devoted customers—and its loyalty program, Hanna Rewards, is at the heart of it all. The program’s nearly one million members represent over half of the company’s active customer base and drive up to 70% of the business through increased shopping frequency. In our 'How Hanna Andersson Uses Its Loyalty Program to Grow New Customers and Retain Its Longtime Customers' session, Lisa Perlmutter, Hanna’s Chief Customer Officer, discussed the program's rapid growth, detailing how it has played a pivotal role in cultivating lasting customer loyalty and supporting Hanna Andersson’s growth. "We’re really strict about having core KPIs [for our loyalty program]. First, are we getting the right new customer acquisition? We’re also looking at shopping frequency: Are we driving her to shop more often and gaining a larger share of her wallet — in a personalized and brand-additive way, not by discounting? Third, we look at our NPS score. We want to make sure this loyalty program is driving value overall for our brand," she said onstage at the Modern Retail Marketing Summit. #mrsummit

  • As #WomensHistoryMonth comes to a close, we’re celebrating the power of representation and how early experiences shape leadership—values at the heart of our woman-founded organization, whose purpose is to #championchildhood. This month, we asked our female chiefs, “How did your childhood traits influence your leadership style?” Here's what they had to share! "As a young child, I loved people — my family, friends, and especially my little brother. I guess that’s why I love being the CEO of Hanna — I get to help, motivate, and lead an incredible group of people. Perhaps that calling started on the campaign trail with my dad. He first ran for office when I was 18 months old. As a politician, he was always focused on helping people. And I loved seeing him in action surrounded by his constituents knowing he was helping to make a difference in their lives." Aimée Lapic, CEO "Here I am pictured with my dad at 6 years old. Nestled on the table to the right, behind my grandfather's ashtray (ick) and what seems to be a partially eaten candy cane, was one of my favorite Christmas gifts, the "Speak & Spell." As a curious child, I was always tinkering with this device; channeling my inner problem-solver as Penny, Inspector Gadget's niece; all while cartwheeling, sprinting, and being in awe of the strength & courage of Cheetara in each episode of Thundercats. What a ride! These traits are still a part of me and how I lead – no matter where the adventure, it's all about harnessing creativity, staying curious, thinking in wholes, and embracing bravery and resilience." Davida Lindsay-Bell, SHRM-SCP, Chief People Officer "Playing basketball growing up laid the groundwork for my leadership style, teaching me grit, collaboration, and perseverance. Team was everything to me—the whole is always greater than the sum of its parts. Here I am pictured with our championship trophy. This is also when I learned how much I liked to win!" Kara Connolly Carter, Chief Product Officer "As a child, I fell in love with beautiful visuals. My favorite school trips were to art museums where I fell in love with contemporary pop artists. Today, I still love beautiful images. I love working with my team at Hanna to bring visual stories to life in impactful ways." Grace Wong, Chief Brand Officer

At Hanna, our Personal Shopper program isn’t just about picking out clothes—it’s about creating meaningful connections with our customers and helping them find styles they love with ease. As Retail TouchPoints put it, "this program is part of our 'secret digital sauce'—a service that builds loyalty through personalized support. (see full article here: https://lnkd.in/e5gwHmd4). This month’s "Story Time with…" employee spotlight features Madison Bergstedt, a Hanna Personal Shopper who makes shopping fun, tailored, and totally stress-free. From childhood dreams of designing Barbie’s runway looks to embracing adventure through improv, Madison brings creativity and connection to everything she does. Read the short Q&A below to learn more about Madison, including what she loves most about working at Hanna! - How would you describe your role at Hanna? I connect with customers to help them find exactly what they’re looking for and offer my styling advice. I also answer any questions they have and streamline their shopping experience to make it as fun and easy as possible. - What was your favorite childhood activity and what did you love so much about it? My favorite thing to do as a kid was play barbie games on the family computer. Specifically, “Barbie Fashion Show” (a classic!). I loved designing different outfits for Barbie to wear and watch her strut her stuff down a runway. - What’s one clothing piece you can’t live without, and why does it mean so much to you? I can’t live without my platform combat boots. If I was a cartoon character, they would be part of my everyday outfit! They’re the most comfortable shoes I own and add a whole two inches to my height so I can pretend I’m tall. - Which of our Hanna Values resonates with you the most, and what's one way you live through that value? Adventurous! I love trying new things whether it’s food, hobbies, or fashion styles. I’m a creative person, and in my free time I’m a part of an improv troupe. I love exploring comedy, coming up with wild ideas, and embracing the “yes and” of life. - What do you love most about working at Hanna? I love our product! Hanna Andersson makes clothing that is not only fun and fashionable but also prioritizes sustainable choices. It’s a company I’m proud to say I work for. #HannaAndersson #MadeToPlay #EmployeeSpotlight #PersonalShopper #CustomerExperience
