Putting the Micro HD+ through it's paces! 💪 We put the HD+ through a rigorous stress test to make sure that the machine was ready for our eagerly awaiting customers. The Micro is very well behaved... It even cleans up after itself! 😉 One of the often overlooked pitfalls of running automation on a CNC mill is chip management. One chip in the wrong place can ruin a weekend long run of parts. We like to use this washdown tool to clean the cabin in-between pallets to knock out any hidden chips not managed by the cabin washdown nozzles.
