  • We wrap up our Women’s History Month spotlights with Catalina Geronimo, Reliability Engineer II, as she shares her journey and impact at TFE. “At Facilities Maintenance & Engineering in Lodi, my biggest accomplishment has been standardizing Maintenance Connection (MC), our computerized maintenance management system. This improved data collection and automated reporting, which we use daily. With my peers' support, I trained mechanics to navigate MC for troubleshooting and built reports that enhance visibility and decision-making. This achievement was only possible thanks to a team open to change and growth. My engineering degree gave me technical skills, but TFE’s training has broadened my understanding of business impact, leadership, and lean thinking. Through the Menttium program, I’m fortunate to be mentored by Vicki Boisselle, Finance Planning & Reporting Director at TFE. Her guidance pushes me beyond my comfort zone, sharpening my leadership skills and inspiring continued growth. This program reflects TFE’s commitment to developing future women leaders. Outside of work, I love exploring Sacramento’s vibrant scene—weekend trips to Midtown Farmer’s Market, browsing local bookstores, and enjoying coffee with my best friend. I unwind with hot Pilates and yoga after work, and in warmer months, you’ll find me at a national park, sitting by a campfire while my boyfriend grills hot dogs.”

  • We continue our Women’s History Month spotlights with Jennifer Hohman Siebeneick, Director of Marketing. "What I’m most proud of during my time at TFE isn’t just one achievement but the collective impact of launching brands, expanding product lines, and building meaningful partnerships. Most importantly, I’ve had the privilege of mentoring and developing future leaders—a role I find incredibly rewarding. Watching my team grow, both personally and professionally, inspires me every day. Through the Menttium mentorship program and my internal mentorship at TFE, I’ve refined my leadership skills and gained valuable perspectives. The Shingo Trainings were a game-changer, deepening my understanding of operations and how wine moves from vineyard to glass—an eye-opening experience that continues to shape my growth. TFE is committed to fostering diverse leadership and ensuring everyone has a voice. I’ve been fortunate to learn from incredible mentors who empowered me, and I strive to do the same for others. Here, inclusion, development, and empowerment aren’t just words—they’re embedded in the culture. Outside of work, life revolves around my three kids, their sports, and all the chaos in between. I love reading, yoga, great food and wine, and traveling—especially now as my husband and I plan our honeymoon to Europe this fall after tying the knot last year."

  • Continuing our Women's History Month celebration, we're proud to introduce Maria Jaspe, TFE's new VP of Human Resources. Within her short time with TFE, she's recognized the significant contributions of women within the organization. “In just five months at Trinchero, I’m proud to support HR initiatives like the UKG transition and new 401(k) vendor. While not part of the initial rollout, these projects have deepened my understanding of our culture and HR’s role in driving change. Continuous learning has shaped my HR journey, combining formal education with hands-on experience in people initiatives. Learning and development are key priorities for me and the teams I lead and support. I also believe in the power of mentorship and ongoing professional development, ensuring that learning remains at the core of how we grow and drive success. Trinchero’s commitment to employee development and its family-oriented culture is clear. I’m excited to contribute to career growth, inclusion, and leadership development. My husband and I have our hands full with two little ones! Spending time with them and watching them grow has become my favorite hobby. Apart from that, I enjoy discovering new TV shows, traveling, and exploring new places whenever I can.”

  • Last month, we celebrated Tom O’Brien’s retirement from Trinchero Family Estates. As Vice President of Human Resources, Tom dedicated over 13 years to TFE. He shared some of his most cherished memories and career highlights with us. “I was blessed to have joined TFE at a point where the company wanted to modernize our “ways of working” in the Human Resources area while not “losing our soul” in terms of the company’s values. I assembled a very strong team of HR professionals who all participated in that change process while maintaining all the wonderful aspects of our organization. A fantastic journey made even more special because of the people and teams we worked with to make it happen. Like any journey, more effort will always be needed to continue the evolution. I will always be grateful to the Trinchero family and my colleagues for the opportunity to serve TFE. Some of my fondest memories are of our Halloween celebrations over the years. The camaraderie and creativity brought to those events were unmatched. They were unforgettable team efforts. In retirement, I plan to fill my time traveling, biking, hiking, and continuing education with some part-time consulting work thrown into the mix. The third phase will be full of activities based on family and friends.” Congratulations, Tom!

  • In celebration of Women’s History Month, we embrace this year’s theme, Moving Forward Together: Women Educating and Inspiring Generations. This theme honors the collective strength, equality and influence of women who have dedicated their lives to education, mentorship, and leadership, shaping the minds and futures of all generations. As part of this celebration, we’re highlighting how TFE’s education and training have impacted women’s careers and leadership journeys. First, we hear from Kaitlin Wallace, Director of Trade Marketing & Exclusive Brands. “I'm grateful for Trinchero's commitment to leadership and growth through programs like Leadership in Action and wine education courses. Their dedication to empowering future women leaders through mentorship and continuous learning is truly inspiring. With over 20 years in the industry, I’ve deepened my expertise through WSET II and CSS certifications and remain committed to continuous learning. A solid knowledge base demonstrates to our customers that selling wines and spirits is not just our job. We are truly dedicated to this category and their business, and passionate about making a positive difference. One of my proudest achievements at Trinchero has been collaborating with our NRD sales and packaging teams to create a Club channel solution for Complicated Wines, driving an incremental 45,000 cases and opening doors for future exclusives.” In her spare time, Kaitlin loves to explore everything wine country offers – hiking and biking trails, amazing restaurants and wineries, shops and new friends. She also loves hosting friends and family for guided wine tastings at TFE properties. She is an avid traveler – with visits most recently to New Hampshire, Minneapolis, Northwest Arkansas and Riviera Maya.
