Bristol Myers Squibb announces positive topline results from two pivotal Phase 3 trials evaluating Sotyktu (deucravacitinib) in adults with #psoriaticarthritis. POETYK PsA-1 and POETYK PsA-2 trials met primary endpoint, with significantly greater proportion of Sotyktu-treated patients achieving ACR20 response compared with placebo at Week 16. Additionally, the POETYK PsA-1 and POETYK PsA-2 trials met important secondary endpoints across PsA disease activity at Week 16. Detailed results will be presented at upcoming medical congresses.
