- In the last video, I asked you to adapt a change plan after reading the flexible working case study. You were instructed to keep the same five aspects from the original change plan, which included stakeholder analysis, change leadership, change impacts, communications and engagement, and training. Let's look at each of those aspects and apply the new information that the CEO shared with the project team. The fact that the finance team only is piloting the change now and the project needs to happen over two months, is bound to have an effect on the original change plan. First, let's look at the stakeholder analysis. Rather than impacting all employees in the organization, the change is now contained to the finance team only.
