- [Instructor] After you decide to implement a balanced score card approach within your organization, you will have to identify and overcome barriers. Why? Well, organizational change is hard. And one of the main reasons that organizational change is so different is that it happens so often. Because, face it, we've all been through restructuring efforts or organizational changes that are driven by fashion. There's nothing wrong with any of these individual programs. Six Sigma is meant to increase quality and it does a great job when implemented properly. Lean methodologies allow you to eliminate waste and increase or improve your product cycles, so that's also a great approach.
