Fraud alert: Zouk and Amazon India Just a horrible experience with Amazon delivery services for a 'zouk' pouch and wallet. I am mailing both zouk and Amazon. But none of them taking the thing seriously. They are just sending a 'sorry' message and the same thing is happening again and again. I don't know whether it is a fraud scheme or setup in between Zouk and Amazon India or what. But I have never been so harassed in any online shopping earlier. Ridiculous experience. I think you have appointed some fraud persons as delivery partners. I am being harassed for a single parcel for last 3 days. The delivery person calling not speaking a single word. From the very next moment I am calling back and the phone is continuously busy. And amazon is mailing me 'you could not be contacted so your delivery failed'. Why would I spend so much time and why would I be harassed so much for a single parcel? None of your delivery support phone numbers work. Horrible service.
