Here are two of my favorite #productivity tips in #GoogleSheets: 1️⃣ The Two-Click Filter ❌ Highlighting the entire table > Clicking the “Filter” icon > Selecting the value you want to filter for ✅ Right click the value you want to filter for > “Filter by Cell Value” (see gif for step-by-step instructions) 2️⃣ Hyperlink to a filtered view ❌ Sharing a Google Sheet with a colleague expecting them to create their own filtered view (this increases friction for them) ✅ Create a filtered view yourself > Share the *new* link with your colleague Your colleague will open up the Google Sheet with the the filtered view in place.
