Multiple dbContext in EF Core 8. When you have multiple dbContext and you use CodeFisrt to create a migration for a specific context must specify the name of dbContext there: dotnet ef add migration InitialCreation --startup-project InitialProyect --context AnotherDbContext --output-dir Migrations/AnotherDb With this command, you create inside the Migrations folder another folder called Anotherdb, Then to run the update use dotnet ef update database --startup-project InitialProyect --context AnotherDbContext. #net #csharp #EFCore
