Employer Relations & Careers Manager at 42 Berlin & 42 Wolfsburg

Last Friday, we came together for a day of learning, exchange, and inspiration at 42 Wolfsburg’s Code The Change: Tech Outside the Box event. It was a day dedicated to conversations and examples of creating a digital society that is not only smarter but also more equitable, sustainable, and inclusive. I had the pleasure of moderating two insightful panel discussions with: 💡 Christian Seebach, Dr. Kathrin Wilkens, and Oscar Eduardo Lopez Medina discussed topics from AI-powered accessibility and sustainable mobility to the ethical implications of emerging technologies like IoT and edge computing. 💡 Narinder Feichter, Jarmila Plachá, and Vivienne Koch shared their experiences on leading with impact and how inclusive practices can foster more ethical innovation in tech. 🚀 Change starts from new connections, from asking the hard questions, and from the diversity of stories and experiences shared in the same room. And at Code The Change, there were so many of these moments! A huge thank you to our incredible speakers for sharing their expertise and to the 42 Wolfsburg team for making this event happen! ❤️

Technology isn't neutral and neither are the choices we make about how to build, deploy, and innovate with it! A big thank you to everyone who joined us for Code the Change: Tech Outside the Box on Friday! It was truly inspiring to see so many curious minds come together to explore how technology can—and should—be a powerful force for positive social and environmental change. 🌱 We're especially grateful for our continued collaboration with the city of Wolfsburg, which allowed our event to be part of the official program celebrating International Women's Day 2025. 🙏 Throughout the day, we tackled key topics around Tech for Social Impact & Global Challenges, as well as Diverse Pathways & Ethical Innovation in Tech, enriched by insightful contributions from Dr. Kathrin Wilkens from Volkswagen, Christian Seebach from Volkswagen Group IT Solutions, Oscar Eduardo Lopez Medina from ZEDEDA, Narinder Feichter from Volkswagen, Jarmila Plachá from Škoda, and Vivienne Koch from Akkodis. The conversations and energy made this event truly special. But let's not stop here—let's continue asking the hard questions, challenging outdated systems, and building technological solutions that genuinely serve everyone. #CodeTheChange #TechForGood #Sustainability #DEI #InternationalWomensDay #42Wolfsburg
