Dear Roblox I want to begin by acknowledging the incredible platform you’ve built, but I believe your moderation system urgently requires attention. While automated moderation serves a purpose, it’s clear it’s insufficient in preventing unjust account terminations, which are impacting dedicated and well-intentioned players. For several days, my husband and I have been reaching out to customer service to reinstate our daughter’s suddenly terminated premium account, but the responses have been generic and lack real solutions. We feel unjustly treated and would never have imagined receiving such a cold shoulder.
