Creates a new ScanConfig.

parent
string
Required. The parent resource name where the scan is created, which should be a project resource name in the format 'projects/{projectId}'.
Authorization requires the following IAM permission on the specified resource parent:
cloudsecurityscanner.scans.create
Request body
The request body contains an instance of ScanConfig
Response body
If successful, the response body contains a newly created instance of ScanConfig
