Firefox Homepage Shortcuts (Not sponsored shortcuts)
136.0.2 (Build #2016079799)
Latest version (version above) on Android appears to have issues on startup of displaying shortcuts on the homepage. It doesn't initially display them, but if I select the private browsing symbol, then select it again to return to normal browsing, the shortcuts reappear. Then when I start Firefox later, having closed it down for a while, the same issue occurs.
Also, from not showing the homepage icons, clicking the '0' and clicking the '+' to add a new tab displays the icons.
Firefox used to start up and display the shortcuts without having to go through the above process.
I've tried various settings for the homepage but none resolve this.
Anyone having the same issue?
Screenshots attached.

I did some playing with the settings.
Forgot to say in my original post that this issue happens on my Lenovo X306F tablet....but not on my Poco X6 phone.
Found that the shortcuts will appear on start up only if I have the 'Sponsored Shortcuts' ticked.
This shouldn't be the case as I don't want sponsored shortcuts and yes I know I can delete them, but shouldn't need to as there are separate setting for 'Shortcuts' and 'Sponsored Shortcuts'.

Problem still exists in release 137.0
Has any developer looked at this since a developer asked me to report it here?
