We have set up automatic dispatch of our reports. The sender address is automatically the owner of the dashboard. The problem now is that these reports are sent to a ticketing system where the sender is also the support address. As a result, these mails always end up in spam and cannot be unblocked.
Is there any way to change the sender address of the dashboards without having to change the owner?
Or if this is not possible: Can I remove the sender from the recipients? Then I could simply send the dashboards to a 2nd address.

Interesting use case! I don't think either of the workarounds you suggested are possible.
As you mentioned, the best workaround would be changing the owner to someone that you're OK with the schedule sending to.
I recommend creating a feature request, too!
